10. Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantees: Solvey does not guarantee specific results (e.g., website traffic or ad conversions).
- Maximum Liability: Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
11. Termination
- By the Client: Clients may terminate services with written notice as per the agreement. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
- By Solvey: We reserve the right to terminate services for non-compliance, misuse, or non-payment.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
- Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Exclusive Jurisdiction: Courts in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
