3. Use of Third-Party Assets

• Client Responsibility: Clients must ensure they comply with the licensing terms of any third-party assets they request us to incorporate.
• Disclaimer: Solvey is not liable for any misuse of third-party assets by the client after project delivery.

4. Trademarks and Logos

• Trademarks, logos, or brand materials provided by the client remain the property of the client.
• Usage Rights: Clients grant us a limited license to use their trademarks or logos solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

5. Portfolio Rights

• Showcasing Work: Unless explicitly prohibited by the client, Solvey reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio or marketing materials.
• Opt-Out: Clients may request, in writing, to exclude specific deliverables from our portfolio.

6. Copyright Infringement Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our clients to do the same.
