a. Client Ownership
- Upon full payment, ownership of all deliverables, including websites, designs, and marketing content, will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
- Deliverables are transferred “as-is,” without any guarantees of further use or modifications.
b. Examio Edunext Ownership
- Pre-existing materials, such as proprietary code, templates, or frameworks developed by Examio Edunext, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Examio Edunext (OPC) Private Limited.
- Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for the intended purpose.
3. Use of Third-Party Assets
- Licensed Assets: Any third-party tools, plugins, stock images, or software used in a project are governed by their respective licenses.
- Client Responsibility: Clients must ensure they comply with the licensing terms of any third-party assets they request us to incorporate.
- Disclaimer: Solvey is not liable for any misuse of third-party assets by the client after project delivery.
4. Trademarks and Logos
- Trademarks, logos, or brand materials provided by the client remain the property of the client.
- Usage Rights: Clients grant us a limited license to use their trademarks or logos solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
5. Portfolio Rights
- Showcasing Work: Unless explicitly prohibited by the client, Solvey reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio or marketing materials.
- Opt-Out: Clients may request, in writing, to exclude specific deliverables from our portfolio.
6. Copyright Infringement Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our clients to do the same.
a. Reporting Infringement
If you believe any content on our website or deliverables infringes on your intellectual property rights, please contact us with the following details:
- Your name and contact information.
- Details of the alleged infringement.
- Proof of ownership of the intellectual property.

b. Consequences of Infringement
- We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any infringing material and take legal action if necessary.
7. Client Contributions
- Content, images, or materials provided by the client for use in projects remain the intellectual property of the client.
- Clients warrant that all materials provided do not infringe on any third-party rights and agree to indemnify Solvey and Examio Edunext for any claims arising from such materials.
8. Misuse of Intellectual Property
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property, including website content, graphics, code, or deliverables, is strictly prohibited. Violators may face legal action under applicable laws.
9. Governing Law
This IP Policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh.
