2. Services Covered

This policy applies to all services provided by Solvey, including:

• Web Development
• Digital Marketing
• Graphic Design

3. Cancellation Terms

a. Before Project Commencement

• If the project has not yet started, you may cancel the service by providing written notice. A full refund, excluding any consultation or setup fees, will be provided.

b. After Project Commencement

• If the project has already started, cancellations are subject to the following:
  1. Work Completed: You will be billed for the portion of work completed up to the cancellation date.
  2. Non-Refundable Costs: Expenses incurred for third-party tools, licenses, or ads will not be refunded.

c. Ongoing Services

• For ongoing or subscription-based services (e.g., digital marketing campaigns):
  1. A cancellation notice must be provided at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
  2. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which they will be terminated.

4. How to Cancel a Service

To request a cancellation, follow these steps:

1. Submit a Written Request:
   • Email us at support@examio.in with the subject line “Service Cancellation Request” and include the following details:
     • Name and contact information
     • Service description
     • Reason for cancellation
2. Confirmation and Review:
   • We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and inform you of the applicable charges or refund, if any.
3. Final Settlement:
   • If eligible, refunds or adjustments will be processed within 10 business days.

5. Non-Cancellable Circumstances

The following services cannot be canceled:

1. Completed Projects:
   • Fully delivered and accepted projects are non-cancellable.
2. One-Time Services:
   • Services like logo design, landing page creation, or one-time consultations cannot be canceled after initiation.
3. Third-Party Expenses:
   • Costs incurred for third-party tools, plugins, or ad campaigns are non-cancellable.
4. Violation of Terms:
   • If the client violates our Terms of Use, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

6. Exceptions to Cancellation Policy

In rare cases, exceptions may be made at the discretion of Examio Edunext (OPC) Private Limited. These cases will be reviewed individually.

7. Governing Law

This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India, specifically the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and related regulations.
